FEE CHARGES

Fee rates/schedule/Challan will be issued to the children/parents, separately.

PAYMENT/COLLECTION OF FEE

The fee should be directly deposited in the designated branch(es) of Bank(s) by the parents against the Fee Challan prepared by the Accounts Officer of the institution.

The fee must be deposited/collected in the first week of the month but not later than the 10th of each month, after which a fee has to be paid as prescribed in the fee challan form.

The fee for the Summer Vacations must be paid in advance.

The number of fees once paid is not refundable and the manner of their spending is not accountable to parents.

No student is allowed to sit for public or school examinations unless his/her accounts are settled in till before the date on which the examination is due to commence. For students, who take the examination, fees must be paid up to the end of the calendar month in which their examination, finishes.

In case of withdrawal by a parent/guardian, the student will have to pay the full fee for the month in which he/she is withdrawn.

Non-claimed Security deposits would not be refunded after the lapse of three years from the date of leaving the institution.
